Scott Klemetson

Showroom Manager/Sales

Scott has been employed with Deckmasters since February of 2005. He grew up in Gwinner, ND where he was a member of the 1989 North Dakota High School Centennial Band. He graduated from North Sargent High in 1990.

Scott has over 20 years of retail Customer Service Experience dating back to 1991 when he worked as a Service Desk/Designer for Builder’s Square before moving onto Acme Tool Crib as a Sales/Showroom Coordinator.

Scott enjoys woodworking and collecting Bobcat toy scale models and lives with his lovely wife and son in South Fargo.

When asked what his favorite part of the job was, Scott replied,

“I especially enjoy taking a client’s rough ideas and elaborating on them to help them create an outdoor living area that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I also enjoy working with our employees. I’m fortunate to work with people that are passionate about what they do.”

Lee Gunkelman

Fence Manager/Sales

Certified Playground Inspector

Lee has been employed with Deckmasters in January 2011. Lee was born in Grandin, ND and moved to Fargo in 1973 where he graduated from Fargo North High in 1976. Upon graduation, Lee received a degree in Ag Business from NDSSS.

In 1979, Lee helped build a sunflower processing plant for his father and became assistant manager until 1985 when he began working for Fargo Fence. He quickly became a partner and held that position until 1996. In 1997, Lee started FM Fence and sold the company in 2010.

Lee lives in Argusville with his wife and 3 kids. In his spare time he enjoys snow skiiing and motorcycle riding.

When asked what his favorite part of the job was, Lee replied,

“Getting positive feedback from customers and designing a custom fence. I also enjoy working with the people at Deckmasters.”
